Medals will be given out to the top 3 placed individuals / teams in each race category!

Open to all riders 13 years and older.* 

(Exception can be made for younger riders based on ability and parental approval.)

     RECREATIONAL 1 LAP

  • Teams can be 2, 3, or even 4 riders, no separate categories

  • We will tally the best time for each rider on your team, take the average and give you a score.

  • If a child under 13 years wishes to ride in the solo recreational category, and is capable of doing so, the parental/legal guardian must sign a waver and be willing to accompany them. 




RIDE SAFELY!

- HELMETS ARE MANDATORY -





  • Exhale MTB Race is open to all riders 13 years and older

  • Bells are recommended

  • Plan ahead and know your abilities

  • Volunteer Medical FIrst Responders will be available on-site

  • Poison Ivy grows in spots along the trail

  • Two rest stations/feed zones are available on-course to refuel and re-hydrate

  • Tech support will also be made available on-site
